PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION

Payroll Activities: Our payroll services encompass a comprehensive range of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processing. We begin by receiving pre-payroll input data from the client, including attendance details, deductions (excluding Income Tax & NSSF Employee Contribution), leave details, performance bonuses, and one-time payments. Once received, we meticulously verify and prepare the input for processing. Our expert team then handles the payroll processing, generating output files and conducting thorough post-process validation and quality checks. Pay-slips are promptly generated for employees. Furthermore, we capture employees' quarterly and yearly tax plans and determine monthly tax computations. To maintain transparency and accountability, we circulate the Salary Register, Bank advice, and facilitate the fund transfer of salaries into employees' bank accounts, all subject to review and approval by company designated officials. With our streamlined approach, we ensure accurate and efficient payroll management.
