Overview

Proposal & Grant writing is both an art and a science.  Organizations cannot exist or sustain without having team members that have the abilities, skills and knowledge to write winning proposals. Equally important, is knowing how to get those opportunities and calls for proposals, notices for funding, grants announcements and the like to be able to review them and apply to them in the first place. This training program is designed with the full process in mind from the initial stages of identifying opportunities to qualifying opportunities, mobilizing the team, conceptualizing, developing a proposal, creating a consortium or partnerhsips, to the submittal of the proposal. It covers the needed know how, skills and tools that professionals in the field of Grant and Proposal Writing as well as leaders and managers of INGOs, NGOs, CSOs and community organizations need to be able to secure funding.

Target Group

This online training course is targeting Founders, Board Members, Presidents, Executive Directors, Heads/Team Leading Fundraising, Grants, Proposals & Financial Sustainability, and Proposal Writing Consultants in international NGOs, development organizations, local NGOs and Community Based Organizations.

  • Analyze proposals from a donor/funder perspective to know how proposals are reviewed and selected.
