Overview

This training is developed to empower professionals working on planning, managing and implementing projects and programs in NGOs with the international common practices, skills, knowledge and techniques. It provides a mix of on-the-ground know-how, academic background and alignment with international project management standards by ISO and the Project Management Institute (PMI). It covers fundamentals as well as advanced knowledge in all matters related Project and Program management.
